As a host of international horse shows, we offer top athletes excellent conditions in the modern indoor arenas, the newly built sand stadiums and the large grass stadium. With a large number of events, the equestrian centre at the Surenburg has developed into a popular meeting place for the industry and an important platform for international equestrian sport.

This year we are looking forward to an important premiere: The FEI Dressage & Para-Dressage European Championship represent a highlight in the history of the Riesenbeck International Equestrian Centre. In the home town of four-time Olympic Champion and six-time European Champion Ludger Beerbaum, he is not only the President of the European Championship 2023, but also decisive for the development of our philiosophy.

In Riesenbeck, the well-being of the horses and their people is in the foreground. Ludger Beerbaum says: "We are proud that the participating horses are accommodated in 5-star stables!" In addition to the modernisation of the entire show grounds, 312 permanent and spacious stalls will be completed by the time of the European Championship.
